Mountain Street Water Main Repairs Are Complete
Kings Mountain, NC— The city is pleased to announce that all repairs to the Mountain Street water main have been successfully completed. As a result of the diligent efforts of our crews, the necessary maintenance and restoration work has concluded.
Backfill has been properly placed, and Mountain Street is now reopened to traffic, as the roadway continues to be thoroughly washed.
This project was treated as a high-priority matter, and we extend our appreciation to our city employees for their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to public service.
We also thank our citizens for your patience and cooperation during the repair process.
The city remains committed to maintaining reliable infrastructure and minimizing disruptions whenever possible.
