Items will automatically renew if there are no holds pending and you have not exceeded the maximum number of renewals. If you need additional assistance call MML at 704-739-2371 or see staff at the service desk.

Late Notices
What happens when your items are…
- Due in 3 days: A courtesy reminder notice email is attempted.
- 7 days past due: A courtesy reminder notice is mailed to your home or email notification is attempted, fines are applied.
- 21 days past due: A final notice is mailed to your home or email notification is attempted, fines are applied.
- 45 Days past due: Your borrowing privileges are suspended and a bill is mailed. Maximum overdue fines as well as the cost of materials are charged to you. Unpaid fines remain on your account even if materials are returned.
