The Communications Division plays a vital role in facilitating effective communication between the municipal government and the community it serves.  This department is responsible for ensuring that residents are well-informed about government initiatives, programs, services, and events. Through various communication channels, the department enhances transparency, fosters public engagement, and promotes a positive image of the municipal government.

Key Responsibilities include Public Information Dissemination, Crisis Communication, Community Engagement, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Media Relations, and Brand Management.
