KM Board of Adjustment

About the Board:

The Board of Adjustment is a terminal decision board that interprets the zoning ordinance, issues orders granting or denying variations from the zoning ordinance, and issues orders granting or denying conditional use permit requests.  They act in a quasi-judicial manner and their decisions are subject to judicial review.

Members:

All City Council members are members of the Board of Adjustment for their elected term.
All ETJ members of Planning and Zoning Board are members of the Board of Adjustment for their appointed term.
