Have  you  "caught" someone giving excellent customer service?  We want to give special recognition to City employees who show exceptional skill in customer service.  The customer service experience can involve a  citizen, a supervisor,  a co-worker, a direct report, an employee who provides a service to you or your  department, or an employee for whom you or your department provides a service.
